Chicken Kiev

Chicken Kyev is a gastronomic symbol of the Ukrainian capital. Chicken Kiev is made from tender chicken fillet with a liquid filling of oil, herbs and spices and fried in breadcrumbs in a deep fat fryer. Chicken Kiev has deservedly gained popularity all over the world, so much so that it is not only prepared in restaurants called Chicken Kyiv, but in Britain it has even been included in the consumer basket.
